Cancellation Policy
Clear terms for changes and cancellations, so your time and mine are both respected.
1. Deposits are non-refundable.
2. 20% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
3. Arriving more than 10 minutes late to the scheduled appointment may result in rescheduling if it affects my time with my next client. I don't take clients past the 15-minute mark. Cancellation fee and deposit policies still apply.
4. I accept Zelle and Venmo if you prefer to pay in cash.
These policies protect my time as an independent cosmetologist; thank you for your understanding.
